Ciao. We are Connie and Gino Milano. Welcome to Villa Isabella
After a combined forty-five years in the restaurant business, we knew we weren’t ready to leave the hospitality industry but wanted a new endeavour. Gino always had dreams of moving back to Sicily so as we prepared to sell our last restaurant in California, we bought a house and made the move. Named after our youngest daughter, Isabella, we opened the Bed & Breakfast and began hosting people from all around the world.
Villa Isabella sits within the Sicilian countryside, just outside of Pergusa in the province of Enna. Due to its central location, any town on the island is accessible in two hours or less.
COOKERY SCHOOL
From beautiful focaccia bread to the perfect risotto and indulgently creamy tiramisu, expect to spend the day creating classic Italian dishes with a glass of prosecco or two to help things along. From lasagna sheets to tagliatelle, or tagliolini made from fresh egg and flour pasta, try basic pasta-making classes or a filled pasta and learn to work with different shapes and fillings for tortelli. Gino has a large repertoire of recipes, tips, and tricks that he enjoys teaching others. Take a one-on-one class or schedule a group lesson so you can start cooking authentic Italian food in your own home. And if you want to make some traditional Sicilian pizza, join Gino for a masterclass in the outdoor kitchen and brick pizza oven.
B&B
The upstairs of Villa Isabella is split into two suites - one for the hosts, and one for the guests. The entire three-bedroom suite with a kitchen and private bathroom can be reserved, or each room can be privately reserved but the bathroom will be shared with other guests.

Events
Dinner parties
Villa Isabella can host private dinner parties for up to fifty guests. Enjoy poolside service and catering or run the show yourself. Each experience can be customized.
Weddings
Want to get married at the Villa? Sunset in the Sicilian countryside is the perfect backdrop for a summer wedding. Ceremonies, receptions, and casual events are welcome.
Pool parties
Bring your friends to spend the day poolside, use our barbecue and soak up the sun.
